Hi, welcome to Just Answer. My name is ***** ***** I look forward to helping you! It sounds like the unit may be in a flood mode, keeping the drain pump running. Is there water under the tub, in the base of the machine?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
No. The water is completely drained out.
Expert:  Kelly replied 1 year ago.

You would need to access the area under the machine, in the base. Is the drain pump just running?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
it doesn't move on
Expert:  Kelly replied 1 year ago.

Okay, so the flood program is running. You need to access the area below the tub, either by removing the panel from below the door or pulling the unit out to remove a side panel.

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Ok. It might take me about 20 min.
Expert:  Kelly replied 1 year ago.

Sure, thank you.

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Ok. I have side panel up off
Expert:  Kelly replied 1 year ago.

Do you see any water in the base? If you tip it, does water show?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
No water
Expert:  Kelly replied 1 year ago.

Has to be an issue with the pressure switch then. Can you double check and post the complete model number?

The pressure switch is pictured at the link below. Can you locate it, remove the tube from it and blow through it (the tube, not the switch0. Does air easily pass?

Ok. I can't see it from the side panel. I'll have to remove another panel. I might be 1 hour bc I have to be somewhere. How long are you online for?
Expert:  Kelly replied 1 year ago.

I am here for another hour or so then back on tomorrow. It is 1640 Wednesday afternoon here.

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Ok. I'll see if your still here and if not I'll try tomorrow. Thanks
Expert:  Kelly replied 1 year ago.

Thank you! Enjoy the rest of your day!

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Ok. I've taken other side off and there is water in the bottom! No couldn't see it from other side
Expert:  Kelly replied 1 year ago.

Great! Once that is dried up, it should return to normal operation but you will need to watch to see if it was a one time leak or if it has a leak somewhere.

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Ok. Is that all? That was easy
Expert:  Kelly replied 1 year ago.

Yes, that area has to be dry, so just address the water and potential leak and you should be good to go!

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Thank you for your help. I'll let you know if still a problem tomorrow. Regards Jane

Sounds good, thank you. Well done!
