You need to remove the back panel inside the freezer compartment. I took a long cover off but did not see coil. I Asked how was the best way to take the main back cover off, not much room .Trays in the way.

Im not sure where you are reading this from or what it refers to, as I cant see whatever it is you are reading.
However, I suspect the drain is blocked and you do need to remove the back panel to access it
