Hi, welcome to Just Answer. My name is ***** ***** I look forward to helping you! The issue is with the defrost drain, it is plugged. It is behind the rear panel in the freezer, under the evaporator coil, shown in the diagram at the URL below.

Turn the appliance off and open the doors for 24 hours to thaw, or remove the rear panel from inside the freezer (number 4) and manually thaw the drain.
