Blanco cook top BCCT6 all lights flashing on controll panel very fast. tea towel left on cook top but not on?

C and an o on every second burner

Jon Grella : The errors you are getting are a communication error and a power error, which means there is a miscommunication between the burners and the main computer.
Jon Grella : You would need to call a service company out to take a look to see what is going on with the wiring in your unit. You could either have shorted wiring or the main computer can be damaged inside the unit. The appliance service tech that you call in will take the cooktop out and check all of the wiring and the computer.
Jon Grella : If you need me to recommend someone in your area I can do that. Otherwise, if you feel you want to take a shot at looking at this, although I don't recommend it, get back to me here and I'll help you more.

Ultimately,after about an hour of commencing the lights stopped flashing, so I just hit the power off "o" button and all restored.

Jon Grella : Wjat ever arrangements you hve sent up with the website I would not know about. That would be something better left handled by the customer support department. You can email them directly if you have any issues regarding the payment arrangements.

Jon Grella : The machine is working fine for you now with out any codes or lights flashing?
Jon Grella : If so just give the cooktop a good cleaning and keep and eye on it for the next several days. And if you have any troubles just get back to me here amd I will help you more.

Jon, the power off "o" is not available when all the lights are flashing. This only works when the flashing comes to a halt. Your information is too late and superfluous. Doug.

Jon Grella : I didn't mean to power off on button on the machine. Next time this happens you need to flip the breaker off at your box. The main power supply.
Jon Grella : Even when the codes come up you will be able to flip the power off by flipping off the circuit
Jon Grella : And this way you will not have to wait the hour or so until the codes go away.
Jon Grella : When you left your towels on the cooktop was the cooktop either cooling down or did any of the towel get burned to the top of the cooktop?

No, I did that at the outset with no success. Three times! No luck there.

Jon Grella : Ok. So even whethe unit was completely shut down no power to the unit at all, and then powered back on the error codes still came up?
Jon Grella : Did you wait about ten minutes before turning the power back on each time?
