Hi, we have a Maxx 1000 front-loading clothes washing machine. I am having difficulty removing the filter - it will turn only 90 degress then stops hard. The machine is not spin drying well and we have not cleanedthe filter for some time. XXX@XXXXXX.XXX xxxx xxx xxx
