my washing machine is frozen and the lid is locked shut the

my washing machine is frozen and the lid is locked shut the machine is beeping and we cant get it to open or wash the clothes that are still in the machine do i need to have someone come and to fix this or am i able to fix this using your service i dont mind paying as long as i get the machine working

May I have the brand and model number please? (Simpson Ezi set?)

I can tell you strait up front now, that if the lid is locked and will not unlock, the lid locking switch will be stuffed, in which case, there will be no immeadiate fix unless you have the new part to install, once you gain access to the lid lock area. This cannot be done until the lid is open, etc,,

Please respond if you wish to continue or stop with your inquiry? Without the part, it wont be up and running today, so I take it that means you wont be willing to pay correct? (Your comments above)
