i have a simpson eziset 9.5kg simple wash washing machine which

i have a simpson eziset 9.5kg simple wash washing machine which is nearly approx 2yrs old. It is filling up with water then when it is washing the water is draining from the machine and then Err13 is coming on. I have misplaced my manual. Can you give me any ideas.

Already Tried:
turned the machine off then back on and started from the beginning of the cycle again
