Okay, thank you for that info.

The fault code PU means that the controller is sensing that the water level has not dropped sufficiently in the time programmed into it..

PU= Pump fault

Start the machine and the drain and spin cycle, you should be able to hear the pump start up strait away. It should run for the entire spin cycle.

If not, bail out any water and remove the drain hose. Check the hose for kinks and blockages... also peer into the hole at the back where the drain hose attaches. Can you see anything unusual in there?

If none are found,remove the rear panel and undo the tub to pump hose and check that for blockages. (2 clamps) With the tub to pump hose removed, also check into the top of the water pump as well...

Last but not leat, peer up into the base of the machine where you just removed the tub to pump hose from. Sometimes socks and things like that can get stuck there...

If none of the above brings any results, then you probably need a new pump.
