Hi, I moved from Sydney to Perth last week. I connected my washing machine to the taps, put in a load and the machine kept filling up with water. Now it is too full and won't work and I can't get the machine to let the water out! Do you have any suggestions?RegardsChantal

Hi Chantal,,If you lower the drain hose down to the floor level and drain the water manualy either out your back door, or, if there is a drain in the centre of your laundry floor etc,,,, use that. When you lower the drain hose, lower than the water level, it will drain the machine using gravity *Also, can I have the full model number of your machine please,? Front loader, or top loader etc,,,

hi, the model is Inverter Direct Drive 7kg. I have lowered the hose to the floor, but the water is still not coming out.
There should be an actual model number on the control panel, or the top rear of the machine, facing the wall....Is it a front loader or top loader please?
