the PCS = pre collision system

which is a toyota system designed to trigger the airbags that little bit earlier if you have a crash and is also used as part of the radar controlled cruise control

if its faulty then it doesn't mean the airbags won't go off, but it will revert to needing a reading from the impact 'G' sensor just like 90% of the rest of the cars on the road

so the car is still safe to drive just don't expect the radar cruise to work

and to fix it then try cleaning the PCS sensor thats located on the front grill
