Australian Car Repair Issues? Ask an Auto Mechanic for Answers ASAP
Hi, welcome to Just Answer. My name is***** you already replaced the fuse and that did not solve the problem?
The fuse is in the top of the overvoltage protection relay. The relay is located behind the battery. Check the fuse or fuses in the top of the relay and see if they are bad.
Click on the attachment below. K1 in the picture is the overvoltage protection relay.
Let me know if you locate the relay. If the fuses in the relay are good the relay itself may be bad.
Have you removed the plastic panel behind the battery? Can you send me a picture of what you are seeing?
Click the attachment below for a picture of the relay with the battery removed.
In the picture there is a blue fuse in the top of the relay.
Click here for an article on the replacement of the relay.
Please let me know if you are able to find it.
Just checking in. Did you locate the relay?
Did you get this resolved?
