Hello and welcome to JustAnswer!

Rather than needing a tune up, which is a preventative maintenance procedure usually involving just replacing spark plugs, it appears that you're needing someone to diagnose a driveability problem. I see that it appears the engine is dying if you leave the transmission in gear when coming to a stop, which could be a transmission issue or the engine may be running poorly.

Does the engine drag down when coming to a stop with the same feel as forgetting to press the clutch on a manual trans?
