Hello and welcome to JustAnswer!

There are many possible sources for a coolant leak including the radiator, water pump, radiator hoses, heater hoses, timing cover, head gaskets, the heater core, and engine core plugs.

With the system filled you can use a flash light or drop light to look around and see if you're able to see the source of the leak. You may need to remove the residual coolant.

If nothing is found then a pressure test shouold be done to put the system under pressure with the engine off to help force a leak.
