Hi Im David, so the radiators cooling fan isnt working? if thats the case, you can still drive it as long as the rest of the coolant system is ok. i.e. not leaking, coolant filled to top, temperature gauge is working. but you must keep an eye on the temp gauge. if it starts going past 1/2 way. turn the heater on full blast and it should come down. if not pull over over and let it cool down. but i recommend getting it repaired asap

Hello there,

Your VT Commodore could have a low speed fan relay faulty, or the fan assembly.

The fans can be commanded as a test from Tech 2.

That's how a Holden tech would test to start with.

For eg: If the relay operates and no fans, the fault is after the relay.
