JA: Have you checked the battery, particularly the terminal connections? Are they corroded?
Customer: everything is fine the engine has been immobilised light came on now it wont start
JA: What is the model/year of your Ford?
Customer: 2010 FG XR6
JA: Are you fixing your vehicle yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: Changed battery checked fuses followed instructions from the owners manual but no luck

Hi JA Cust,im stew a mechanic here in australia,1)have you checked/changed the battery in the key fob?2)have you tried starting in neutral instead of park?id try the key fob first,theyll be good one day then nothing the next,if the car cant recognise the key = no go,,,,,,let me know,follow-up is free,, i dont need a rating till weve made progress on your question, cheers stew
