Does it have the idrive or sky active system?

Customer: replied 1 month ago.
unsure, its Bose and has the satnav thingy??

Thank you. Most of the time when this happens with all of the speakers it is because the amplifier has failed. These fail all of the time and will cause these noises. The amplifier will usually need to be replaced, but in some cases it may have a bad connection or moisture intrusion. It is located under the passenger side of the dash above the kick panel.
