1999 Nissan pathfinder central locking...when key is used in

Customer Question

1999 Nissan pathfinder central locking...when key is used in door all locks work fine with unlocking and locking...problem is I purchased new remote from Nissan and they were unable to program it...they said it may he the sensor in car that is faulty and not picking up signal...luckily they gave me a refund and I still just use keys...have you heard of this before? if I was to just replace that unit and not all the wiring and actuators in doors would that work with an after market kit?...I hope this makes sense

Hi Shane,

There are lots of auto electrician shops out there that can add a new remote alarm system that will operate your factory locking, taking the Nissan module out.

Using door lockx and wiring as is.
