throttle solenoid is not allowing fuel supply ---- location?
JA: Has the vehicle turned into a gas hog? And how does it start -- same as usual?
Customer: Does not start dies on acceleration
JA: What is the model/year of your Mitsubishi?

Hello and welcome to JustAnswer!

There isn't anything called a 'throttle solenoid valve', I believe you may be referring to the throttle body. The throttle body is what allows air into the engine and wouldn't cause a fuel issue or the engine to die.
