have a 2007 nissan x trail have replaced head gasket and crank angle sencer and cam angle sencer when trying to start it will only spark wonce only can you help

There are many things that you could have going on but if you have no spark as a result of removing the head then I would first suspect incorrect cam timing. If the cam and crank signals are not in sync then you won't have spark.

The first step in diagnosing the problem is to check for fault codes. Do you know if any codes are setting?
