Hello and welcome to JustAnswer!

If the key won't turn then it either isn't being validated or there is a mechanical failure in the electronic ignition switch, assuming the battery is good and there isn't a power distribution issue. A dealer level scan tool will most likely be necessary to diagnose and repair the issue.

Have you tried a second key?

Customer: replied 4 months ago.
I have same thing,... I can hear clicking behind the dash when i insert the key

Have you tried a battery disconnect?

Customer: replied 4 months ago.
No ill give that a try, the car is about an hour drive from home
Expert:  sprinkles08 replied 4 months ago.

If you haven't tried a jump start it would be a good idea to do so, but that really shouldn't prevent the key from turning. If a battery disconnect doesn't change anything then a scan tool is really going to be necessary to proceed with diagnostics. Odds are the electronic ignition switch is going to need to be replaced.

I have tried to jumpstart, because i thought it was a battery issue innitially

Is the eis the part that you put the key in?
Expert:  sprinkles08 replied 4 months ago.

That's correct, the EIS is the module where the key is inserted.

Ok
Customer: replied 4 months ago.
I just want to be sure that it is the eis, even though i can hear clicking of a relay like 3-4 times behind the dash when i insert the key
Customer: replied 4 months ago.
There is a place here that can repair the eis if i bring it to them and one key fob
Expert:  sprinkles08 replied 4 months ago.

A scan tool and electrical testing would need to be done to know for sure if it has failed.

If it has failed I would recommend a replacement part but you could try to see if the company is successful in repairing it. If you do attempt to use them I would make sure they have a money back guarantee that it is fixed.

Customer: replied 4 months ago.
they give a one year warranty too
Expert:  sprinkles08 replied 4 months ago.

You shouldn't be out anything if they're unsuccessful repairing it then.
