Hello and welcome to JustAnswer!

The best way to enter the vehicle manually would be with a lockout kit such as this one. This will have an inflatable bag and wedge to pull the door away enough to insert a rod to get to the door handle or lock button. Many police departments and most towing services will have this kit, you may also be able to find one at an auto parts store.

The easiest way to open the door will be to have a key cut. Any dealer or locksmith can cut a key using the VIN. Prices will vary but my dealer charges just $10 for this.
