Customer Question

Getting all dash signsls but it won't kick over. SY territory ghia
JA: How long has this been an issue? How many miles are on the car?
Customer: Has happened in the past but responded. It's got 170000 on the clock, with a battery only5 months old. Just had some transmission work done wondering if its related.
JA: Are you hoping to fix this yourself?
Customer: At this stage, just researching what might be the cause, then make a decision.
JA: Is there anything else important you think the Ford Mechanic should know about your Ford?
Customer: Not off the top of my head. What course of action would ur mechanical team take?
JA: OK. Got it. I'm sending you to a secure page on JustAnswer so you can place the $5 fully-refundable deposit now. While you're filling out that form, I'll tell the Ford Mechanic about your situation and then connect you two.

Hello there,

There will be a code set in the ECM and BCM from the no start condition.

Can we get a scan done on the vehicle please?

If the vehicle is immobile, then you may need to get it towed to the Ford dealer.

It may well be related to recent transmission work.
