I have a 2013 subaru xv impressa and the battery has gone

Customer Question

I have a 2013 subaru xv impressa and the battery has gone flat. Don't know why. Nothing obvious.
Can I charge it with a normal 12 volt charger without removing the battery from the car?
It is a stop start type of battery. Do I need a special charger for this type of battery?
What is the recommended battery if need to replace it?
