Gday mate I have 2008 f250 6.4 power stroke king ranch and it is useing water about 5 lt in 500kms and i am getting sludge in the coolant tank my mechanic has sent the sludge to be annalized but he is still shaking his head as to what it could be could you please help me? he has replaced one egr and has had the other one tested and has said there another in valley hopeing you can help

Sludge in the coolant is a good sign of a bad headgasket .

Have him do a CO2 coolant test .

Check engine oil for possible coolant ,will get cre***** ***** .
