The car is an automatic
There is a grinding noise from the gearbox when in Neutral or Park (seems louder in Neutral
Turning the car on, but not starting the car all electrics work.
When the motor is started the following do not work
Indicators
Wiper/washers
Electric Windows
Electric roof
Seat Heaters
Heater Fan

I am sorry that you have not been helped yet. I just came online and saw your question.

The torque converter and flywheel need to be inspected for cracks or backed out bolts and repaired as needed.

For the electrical, I need the vin number to pull the wiring schematics to see where the issue may lay
