Hello and welcome to Justanswer!

There are many things that an cause a loss of power. An issue with the accelerator pedal position sensor signal, injector issues, fuel delivery, fuel pressure sensor, boost pressure or mass airflow signal; most engine related sensors or systems can either directly cause a lack of power or cause the ECM to limit power to prevent damage.

Whether it's a boost issue, fuel delivery or the ECM is seeing an issue with a sensor signal there should be fault codes set. There definitely will be if power is being limited purposely, if fuel pressure falls off or boost is lower than intended it will also set a code. The first step in diagnosing your issue will be seeing if any codes are setting and go from there.
