Customer Question

I have a 2014 Grand Cherokee loreado . I have problems with the seat heaters. They will operate on the high setting but not on the low. I have had the jeep back to the agent and the replaced the seat heater, but it made no difference.
The element switch indicator lights both work.

Hello, my name is ***** ***** I am a professional here at Just Answer. I have noticed that your question was not getting a response and thought I would see if you still need help with this.I apologize for the delay and I hope I can still assist you with this here.

In order to be able to help you determine what is causing the problem you are having with your heated seat the first thing you are going to need to do is to have the heater system scanned and see what the B fault code and or codes are that should be setting. If you can get this done, post back with the results and we can work from there.
