My name is ***** ***** I am a professional here at Just Answer. I noticed that your question was not getting a response and thought I would see if you still need help with this.I apologize for the delay and I hope I can still assist you with this here.
My info is limited on your model here but I see no one else has responded and thought I would see if I can help here.
This fault here may be caused by a leaking cylinder head gasket. The leak may be to where engine exhaust is entering past a cylinder head gasket into the cooling system. This won't show up as an external fluid leak or with coolant and oil mixing.I have seen cylinder head gaskets leak like this several times before in the past and had to replace the affected gasket as well as have the cylinder head tested to make sure it wasn't cracked or warped. If this has not been checked this needs done to see if this is the cause here.
Thanks Pete
