Hi, it's Glenn here, glad to have you as a customer. I'd like to help you with your question.

The crank angle sensor wiring is as follows:
Yellow - Engine ECU same color at the ECU
White - Engine ECU same color at the ECU
Orange/black trace - EFI relay ends up yellow/black trace at the relay
Black - Earth

Hope this is what you need
Cheers Glenn

Hi Glenn Thanks for your answer but its not quite what i require i am fitting the vehicle with an after market management system and using a VL commodore loom.

I need to find out which pin on the crank angle sensor female plug side is the 1 degree signal pin, 120 degree signal pin, ground pin and 5 volts pin. Taking that pin 1 is at the front of the engine.

The engine is a RB30/R31 and the vehicle is actually a 1990 Skyline.

Unfortunitly the information you supplied is no help as the nissan loom is not in play.

Look forward to your reply

Hi Jeff,

I just checked the workshop manual and that information isn't in there so I'll have to 'opt out' and open your question back up for others to see and hopefully we can get an answer for you asap. Please don't rate my answer as it hasn't helped you.

Cheers Glenn

Thank you for choosing Just Answer and allowing me to help you resolve your questions! Would a detailed wiring diagram help you with your issue?

Customer replied 276 days and 19 hours ago.

A detailed wiring diagram hopefully would help if it has got information on the actual pins on the crank angle sensor unit and not the wiring loom wire colours.

Thank you Jeff

Hi The wiring diagram you sent is not what i asked for as in my question i need to know what each pin on the actual CAS unit does or its function i am not interest in colors or where the wires go.

I am disapointed as i have found the information i require without your assistance and i have wasted my paym ent of $22.
