instructions and diagram to fit a new fan belt to a Ford Futura std 4 cylinder 2001 series 2

Already Tried:
purchased fan belt need fitting instructions diagram if possible direction etc.

Hi, it's Glenn here, glad to have you as a customer. I'd like to help you with your question.

The belt tensioner is spring loaded and is item 3 in the image below. You will see a square hole in the tensioner, that is designed to have a 3/8" drive fit into it such as a ratchet or beaker bar, just rotate it to release the tensioner an then remove the old belt. Use the diagram to re fit the belt and then rotate the tensioner again to get it finally into position.
