Nissan: 3 litre turbo..fuel tank..system , the engine runs

Hello
I have a Nissan patrol gu3 3 litre turbo diesel.
Is there a fuel pump in the fuel tank.
The wagon keeps stopping.
I have put a new filter on , bleed the system , the engine runs at
1000/1500rpm but starts missing and stops at higher rpm

There is no pump in the tank. It may be a faulty injector pump or injectors. Take a fuel sample to make sure you do not have bad contaminated fuel. Be sure the injector pump timing is not out. Next step will be to test the pump.
