I have a 2009 audi a6 tried to open car with remote nothing

I have a 2009 audi a6 tried to open car with remote nothing happen so i used the key to open the door. I put the key in the ignition nothing happen car completely dead, then i also could not get key back out of ignition. also i can't open trunk to check battery no power.

Customer: if i can i will try to fix, but can't get trunk open to check battery. i tried to jump start but nothing happens
