Customer: replied 6 months ago.
Expert:  David Gieswein replied 6 months ago.

Are you able to work on it now or just want some test instructions?

Customer: replied 6 months ago.
head lamps , tail lamps , cluster all good and working can not work on now
Expert:  David Gieswein replied 6 months ago.

Well that's a good thing. Sounds like a partial power lose. I am going to give you some areas I want you to test for power. The HVAC control head has two 12v power supplies.

Expert:  David Gieswein replied 6 months ago.

When you get time, I want you to test these wires on the HVAC control head connector. #1-Black/red(hot in run/start) and then #2-white/yellow(hot with load reduction relay energized).

Expert:  David Gieswein replied 6 months ago.

Mainly I need to know if you have power on the Black/red wire.

Customer: replied 6 months ago.
take the unit to ck
Expert:  David Gieswein replied 6 months ago.

Lets concentrate on one system at a time. I picked the HVAC control head because it is probably easiest to get to.

Expert:  David Gieswein replied 6 months ago.

Can you do the task? Or would you rather start somewhere else.

Customer: replied 6 months ago.
i can ck that unit
Expert:  David Gieswein replied 6 months ago.

Ok excellent. Also check for continuity to ground on the two brown wires. They are the grounds for the circuits involved.

Expert:  David Gieswein replied 6 months ago.

I will keep this as simple as possible for you so if don't understand at anytime please say something! Would you like more troubleshooting tests for the other downed systems?

Customer: replied 6 months ago.
just keep it in mind that the wires got caught in the fan while i was on the road with the car running when this happened all these unit worked with no problem until this happened
Customer: replied 6 months ago.

Expert:  David Gieswein replied 6 months ago.

When you say wires got caught in the fan do you mean the radiator fan? Did those wires go to the a/c pressure switch?

Customer: replied 6 months ago.
