I have a 2014 Audi Q5. My understanding is that oil changes

Customer Question

Hello, I have a 2014 Audi Q5. My understanding is that oil changes should occur every 10,000 miles, however my car burns oil much faster. The indicator turns on every 4-5,000 miles (every 6 months or so). I've heard from several sources this may be a major
issue. What are your thoughts.

how many miles on your audi.. and how much oil is it consuming

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I have 19,500 miles and have had the car for 2 years exactly. I don't know how much oil it's consuming, I just go off the sensor. Since I bought the car I've had 4 oil changes.
