Audi: 2003 Audi Allroad. Transmission was bad so replaced it.

2003 Audi Allroad. Transmission was bad so replaced it. Car ran before fine(didnt drive)with new tranny in it started and drove but chugged after 2000 rpm. Now it dies constantly. It throws following code
