Hello My name isXXXXX will be glad to assist you today in answering your questions.
If crank and cam sensors are new and still no fire, I would be looking at replacing the ecm
Atleast install a test one the anti theft system will allow it to start but will shut it right back off.
The coils on this model were junk and upgraded several times, and I have seen all four coils fail at the same time and give a no spark issue.
On the driver side of the engine all the way back under the cowl is a black box
has 4x 8mm bolts that hold it down, inside that cover is a fuse for the ecm
I would start there
Camshaft code sets for either stretched timing belt, bad connection to cam sensor or bad sensor.
Without crank sensor reporting your not going to have any fire, check the front of the crank sensor see if it has been hit by something, seen them get crushed before
Then I doubt he put a new crank sensor in the car, the cam sensor is easy takes about 15 mins, but the crank sensor takes about 25mins
