Hi there and thanks for using just answer. I am AutoGuy99 and will help you with you question. To get your radio code you will need two things. Which you already have!!! You car vin# XXX the radio serial #. With those two numbers you can call Audi customer service. 1-800-88-2834. They will give you the code free of charge. Hope this helped. I ve already call the audi agent they required my car to be there..

That is strange. They do it with out any problem here in the US. Maybe over seas is a different procedure. sorry it didn't work.
