2005 Auid A6 3.2L with a chain adjuster noisey operation on start-up. There is a procedure for opening up the adjuster to flush out any sludge. What is this procedure? Do you have any other suggestions. This problem originated after a dealer did some valve cover gaskets and a reverse oil flush

The procedure can only be performed with a factory scan tool I am not even sure if the vag-com can perform it. The fault must be present while using the 5052 scan tool in the guided functions procedure, the procedure is run by the scan tool you just need it available

So no option in Vag com to run this system function! My GFF systems computer is currently inop!

I know that the shop scan tool can do it so the vag com probably can do it also, you will need to use the vag gom and follow the directions, it may even be on the website
