If you are in the US, you can call AUDI customer care at one eight hundred eight two two AUDI. You will need the VIN of the vehicle, and the serial number of the radio, and they will ask for your name.

The Audi experts on here that had dealer code access have not been on in a few months- I can get VW access and all other areas of Audi except the codes!

I have been telling people to do this and have reported back with success.

Just didn't want to waste your time waiting around for no experts to answer.

If you have to take it to the dealer they will charge you an hour labor, telling you they have to plug it in to the scan tool (not true) even if you have removed the radio and got the serial number for them (three minutes of their time to type it in to the computer and get the code)
