Customer Question

My tire pressure warning light is on. I have an appointment on Monday.
Can I wait until then. It's a Q5 (Audi)

What are the pressures, they have to be within 3 psi of each other and above a certai pressure depending on your tire and wheel combo. Example, I had a cheap guage and was setting tires on a car at 35 psi, they were all within 3 psi of each other but the calibration of my guage was bad and it was actually at like 31 psi, leaving the light on. So look at the recommended pressures for your vehicle which should be on the gas door, and set all the tires like 5 psi higher than that and then drive the vehicle around for a few miles and see if it resets.

Otherwise, they need to diagnose with a scan tool.
Could be a bad sensor in one of the wheels.

Can I drive until Monday morning? I would rather the dealership deal with it, and I'm not good at this checking stuff.

As long as your tire pressures are adequate then yes, no problems driving it.
