There is no timing marks on the engine per-say. There is only one ark on the crank pulley that is fairly easily identifiable. You will need special tools, such as a camshaft locking tool and crank pin to properly line up all the components.
I HAVE THE TOOLS. I ONLY NEED TO KNOW WHERE THE MARKS ARE.
Again, there is no marks. The cam locking tool locks the cams in place and the crank pin holds the cam so it can not move. You will have to turn the engine to TDC #1, install the tools, loosen the cam pulleys and replace the belt. Afterwards you have to set proper tension and tighten the sprockets.
CAN YOU SHOW ME HOW THE TOOLS ARE SUPPOSED TO BE INSTALLED?
here's a video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Gr0OxnGJc8c. It's a MY 2000, but yours is very similar.
