CustomerYour car needs to go to a Audi repair shop, your torque converter doesn't lockup. In a nutshell the torque converter makes the car move by pressurizing the fluid, it has some slip to it like a clutch so you can speed up (it's like it slips the clutch for you). When you get to freeway speed it is supposed to lock solid to cut down on the slipping. Yours isn't doing that. Basically the torque converter is bad which requires transmission removal and torque converter replacement. Very spendy, probably $2500 to fix or something.I have a few customers who have been driving around like this no problem, you'll just get slightly worse mileage on the freeway and it'll cause more trans heat so in the long run it will shorten transmission life.Danny
