Hello

Here is the code information:

P1559 Idle speed control, throttle position. Adaptation malfunction.
p1564 Idle speed throttle control, low voltage during adaptation.

So from that it sounds like either there is a poor connection at the throttle body electrical plug or the batter has been weak, replaced, died or something. Make sure the battery is good, connections are tight at the battery and at the throttle body. Special tools are required to run a throttle adaptation and there may be no way around that but you can try this:

Disconnect the battery (both cables).
Leave disconnected for 10 minutes.
Touch both cables together for 30 seconds (while still disconnected from battery!!).
Reconnect battery cables.
Start engine and let idle for 5 minutes. DO NOT touch gas pedal during start up or during idle period!
Hold engine at 2500 rpm for 15-20 seconds then let idle again.
Turn off engine & restart.
Hopefully now check engine light is off. If not then the scan tool adaptation procedure will need to be done. If that does not work you may have a failed throttle body or wiring to the throttle body problem.

Good luck
John
