2001 audi tt: roadster..The battery died (Twice) and now my stereo

Resolved Question:

I have a 2001 audi tt roadster. The battery died (Twice) and now my stereo will not work. The first time the battery died it came up in safe mode which i can handle. I did not get it out of safe mode before the battery died again and now there is nothing in the display, like there is no power to the stereo. I checked the fuse and it is OK. Thanks

Does the stereo glow red in the display. You might have a blown fuse either in the fuse box or in the radio.

Thanks, Auditech77

The stereo does not glow at all, I checked the fuse pannel and the fuse was fine.

There is a fuse on the back of the radio. You need 2 radio "keys" to remove the radio.
