This is a vase (s) made in China in the 1970's to look like Staffordshire England pottery/porcelain. The decoration is a transfer decal rather than finely hand painted. The bottom is probably stamped PEERLESS as I have seen many of these pieces in my experience. There was no English company named Peerless (or Chinese, for that matter). The pair has a value of $30.00 us dollars.
