Hello and Welcome to Just Answer,
My name is***** am a Personal Property Appraiser and would be happy to assist you with your question.
Your early 1950's Sterling silver Wine Goblet would have been produced Rogers Silver under the auspices of the International Silver Company. The goblet with weighs 3.8 ounces would have a current melt value for the 92.5% silver content of 52USD.
In excellent condition the goblet would have a resale value closer to 70-80USD.
Any dents, dings or damage would detract from the resale value.
I hope this information was helpful to you today.
Best of luck with your vintage Sterling Silver Wine Goblet.
Any feedback you can leave for my service would be much appreciated.
Thank You,
Frank
