Glenda:I just uploaded images of a mortar and pestal my mother received as a gift in the 1960s. I suspect English or German porcelain. I do not recognize the mark, however; I also apologize for the fogginess of th image of the bottom. Anyway, it measures 4.5 inches high, 5.5 inches across the top, and 3.5 inches across the bottom. The pestal is 6.75 inches long. There is a "K" inside the big triangle(top) of the hourglass stamp on the bottom. really, this is it for tonight.Paulette

Ok, great
Hello
Well, I cannot find who's mark that is, it is on porcelain items from the late 50's but, no one seems to know who made it, they know it is a German Mark ( some say old Rosenthal but, I did not find that to be 100% ) but, these Mortar and Pestal's are currently selling for an average of 60.00-75.00, depending on where they are for sale at.
