my counter depth French door refridgerator with bottom freezer is full of frost all of a sudden. just the freezer. what could be wrong
JA: What's the make and model of the fridge? And can you guesstimate how old is it?

Do you think a door was left open?

no i have an alarm on it so it beeps if left open

Normally when you get frost in there its down to the door not sealing correctly so air can get in and this causes the frosting what you have.

The best thing to do is clear all the frost in there and retry it and see how it goes from there. If the frosting happens again then you need to check the door seals on the freezer door as if its not sealing this will cause the fault you have.
