JA: I'll do all I can to help. How long have you been dealing with this?
Customer: Just today. i need a lower rack for a GE Potscrubber 700. Looks like they've discontinued it. Wondering of any other would work. Dimensions are 20.25 x 20.5
JA: Can you guesstimate how old your GE is? And just to clarify, what's the exact model?

JA: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?
Customer: i just need to find a rack and install it

Due to the center part where the tower comes up, another rack will not work. However, there are used ones available. There is one on eBay right now, link below.
