JA: How old is the appliance? Have you gotten error messages before?
Customer: NEVER BEFORE APRIL WILL BE 8 YEARS NEW HOME. MY OTHER UNIT WORKS PERFECTLY.
JA: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?
Customer: WHAT IS REQUIRED FOR FIX OF EC?
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: ALL MY SUB ZERO APPLIANCES WERE BOUGHT FROM FERGUSON IN ASHEVILLE. I HAVE ICE UNIT, LARGE OUTDOOR GRILL . REFRIG GAS RANGE, ETC.

There should be a number after the EC to show what the control is seeing.
